Our Philosophy

Appraisal Associates believes that the appraisal process is part of a professional service which is provided to a private client or lender.  We follow strict privacy standards and make every attempt to meet time constraints of the client. Appraisal Associates does not accept work where the value of the property is predetermined, stated, or where the professional fee is contingent in any way upon meeting a predetermined value.  All professional appraisal work is performed C.O.D. unless previous arrangements extending credit have been made in advance.
