Appraisal Associates of North Florida, LLC provides professional residential real estate appraisal services in the following North Florida counties: Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, LaFayette, Levy, Marion, Putnam, Suwannee, and Union.  We meet all State and Federal guidelines and ensure our reports conform to the Universal Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Fannie Mae and other Federal and State Guidelines.  State of the art software is utilized to assure the highest quality reporting.  All appraisal work is reviewed by at least one other qualified appraiser prior to completion and submission to the client.  Reports are delivered to the client in a timely manner by email in Acrobat (.pdf) format (or hard copy when needed).
